Our Mission

Duke's Management and Organizations faculty contribute leading-edge knowledge to our understanding of management and organizations. We advance scholarship and practice through our research on individual cognition and organizational decision making, group behavior in organizations, organizational leadership and ethics, and organizational culture and structure. We are dedicated to educational excellence in our PhD program, which prepares future scholars and educators, and in our MBA and executive education courses, which prepare future business leaders.
