Henrich Greve from the Norwegian School of Management BI, Oslo, Norway, is Professor of Business Management and Sociology in Strategy. Professor Greve taught a Ph.D. summer course on "Applied Event History Analysis", June 19 - July 29, 2003 at the Fuqua School of Business, sponsored by Fuqua and CIBER. He is arguably one of the top three active empirical scholars applying event history modeling. Henrich is also an outstanding scholar in organizational theory and strategy, regularly publishing in top tier journals. |

Silvia Massini from the Manchester School of Management, UMIST, UK, is Professor and lecturer in Economics and Technology Management. Professor Massini is a Laurea MSc PhD, and conducted research with Professor Arie Lewin in February and April, 2003. |
