Professor Shang¡¦s research interests include supply chain management, production planning and inventory control, and logistics management. He has published papers in Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, and Operations Research. Professor Shang teaches Operations Management core course for the Full-Time and Executive MBA programs. He also teaches an elective course regarding supply chain planning and execution for the Full-Time MBA program.
