Per Olsson is an Associate Professor of Accounting with tenure at the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. He earned an M.S. and a Ph.D. from the Stockholm School of Economics. Before joining the faculty at Duke, he taught financial statement analysis and valuation at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Professor Olsson teaches valuation and fundamental analysis to MBA and executive MBA students at the Fuqua School of Business. His research interests focus on the role of accounting information in investment decisions, both in the U.S. and internationally. Prof. Olsson has published in several scholarly journals, among them The Accounting Review, the Journal of Accounting and Economics, the Journal of Accounting Research, and the Review of Accounting Studies, and is a member of the editorial board of The Accounting Review, the European Accounting Review, the Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, and the Review of Accounting Studies. |
